Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your Sage versus Saboteur mental muscles. When the Saboteur is running wild, it’s generating stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt, and worry.
The great news is research has shown that 6 weeks of consistent practice of PQ behaviors can significantly increase your Mental Fitness by building your Sage muscles of empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action!
Increasing Mental Fitness has been shown to result in increased resilience, heightened emotional intelligence, improved performance, lower stress, and increased happiness. PQ is easily applied in the diverse array of professional and personal applications listed above.
It’s highly recommended that those new to PQ start with the 7- or 14-week Mental Fitness Bootcamp. These programs develop fundamental Saboteur awareness and Sage skills that boost Mental Fitness in all areas.
You can bring your own group (work or project team, colleague/peers, family, etc.), or join a pre-scheduled group with other excited learners.

Individuals can start Mental Fitness coaching with a minimum 3-month investment. We’ll start with the 7-Week FOUNDATIONS program below, then continue with bi-weekly individual coaching sessions for the rest of the engagement.
Included in the Foundations program:
(To be successful in the 7-Week Foundations Program be prepared to invest about 3.5 hours per week.)
Included in the Grow program:
(To be successful in the 14-Week Program be prepared to invest about 3.5 hours per for the first 7 weeks in the Foundations segment, then about 2.5 hours per week for the remaining 7 weeks in Grow.)
