7-Week Foundations Program Sample Schedule
5-Month Grow Program Sample Schedule

 3 Months Individual Coaching,
including 7-week PQ Mental Fitness
FOUNDATIONS Program 

Individuals can start Mental Fitness coaching with a minimum 3-month investment.  We’ll start with the 7-Week  FOUNDATIONS program below, then continue with bi-weekly individual coaching sessions for the rest of the engagement.


Included in the Foundations program:

    • Eight (8) – Weekly 1-hour Group Coaching sessions led by Jacy in a Personal Accountability POD to ensure your program success (meetings on Monday or Tuesday each week)

    • Seven (7) – Weekly 1-hour videos (watch on the weekend)

    • Unlimited check-ins with Jacy via text, email, or phone between sessions
    • 12-minutes Daily of guided practice with progress tracking through the exclusive PQ app (about 1.5 hours total/week)
    • Complimentary copy of the first 8 chapters of Shirzad Charmine’s book Positive Intelligence
    • Assessments pre- and post-program to get a before and after picture of progress
    • Enrollment in a global cohort community with other PQ participants
    • Access to PQ app Grow content for as long as indvidual coaching continues

(To be successful in the 7-Week Foundations Program be prepared to invest about 3.5 hours per  week.)

GROW Group Coaching Program


Included in the Grow program upgrade:

    • Everything in the initial 7-Week Foundations ProgramPLUS
    • (6) Bi-weekly 60-minute group coaching sessions to continue integrating PQ into everyday life (facilitated by Coach Jacy)
    • Monthly LIVE Grow learning sessions with PQ founder Shirzad Charmine focusing on topics of personal & professional development (leadership, wellness, parenting, etc.)
    • Ongoing access to new Daily Focuses and Coach Challenges in the PQ app, with content curated specifically for your top Saboteurs 

    •   Access to specialty modules, including: Stress Management, Conflict Management, Energy Optimization, and more!
